The choice of part box deburring process depends on the following factors: burr size, productivity, part box size and type, different quality requirements, and economic considerations. For example, for small-volume, multi-variety parts box manufacturing plants, the deburring process is chosen to take into account the flexibility to accommodate different deburring requirements, which is completely different from the single-batch considerations. But sometimes both cases use the same deburring process. The production workshop should use a variety of different deburring processes to meet the needs of a single part or multiple parts. Most parts boxes use both manual deburring, vibratory polishing, abrasive blasting, and the use of sandpaper to deburr.
